That’s what 34-year-old Keyona Dillon allegedly believed before taking the life of her beautiful 11-year-old daughter, London Olsen.

“They’re trying to set me up. The child sex rings are real.”

Her family noticed. They reached out to Child Protective Services, made calls to local authorities, and even pleaded with friends online to intervene.

But according to police records, no official reports were ever documented.

On the night of January 22nd, Keyona began her descent into irreversible violence.
She took a hammer... and bludgeoned the family’s four pets — a dog, a rabbit, and two cats — in front of her terrified children.

Her motive?
To “show London what happens to people who lie.”

By the next morning, London Olsen — just 11 years old — would be found dead in the basement, strangled with a plastic drain cleaner.

Police were called around noon for what was reported as a cardiac arrest.
What they found was far worse.
London’s body was bruised, bloodied, and lifeless.

Three other young children were found alive, including the 5-year-old who witnessed everything.

🧠 The Breakdown: Mental Illness, Violence, and Legal Loopholes

After her arrest, Dillon displayed disturbing behavior in court.

She claimed to be an “Indigenous sovereign of the land,”
Accused the court of DNA theft,
Declared herself her own attorney,
And rambled incoherently about trans people, Proud Boys, and child sex rings.

The judge immediately ordered a psychiatric evaluation.
And on May 13, the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office declared her unfit to stand trial.

But Dillon’s past was riddled with red flags:

  • Convicted of attempted murder at 15

  • Assault charges in 2018

  • Accused of stalking and arson threats in 2022

  • A warrant was never served

The system failed to intervene until it was too late.
Now, London is gone — and her mother remains locked in a mental facility, possibly for years.
